With qualifications in Human Resources and Employee Relations, Tim’s perspectives are shaped by over a decade of experience working with leading business throughout Australia and a genuine belief in the ability of people to positively impact the performance of a business.

    Jonathon is an experienced business leader and organisational development specialist.

    Jonathon’s work is shaped by the science of people at work, and a genuine desire to make work, work better. He has Masters qualification in Organisational Psychology, and over half a decade of experience helping some of Australia’s leading organisations maximise the performance of their people.
